PRODUCTION MANAGER:

IDC is looking for Production Manager with an industrial profile to coordinate and supervise the areas of production, supply chain, processes and engineering.

OBJECTIVES:
Your main function will be the efficient assurance of production, compliance with standards and planning.
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
- Organisation of the production and equipment needed.
- Coordinate the standardisation and optimisation of processes.
- Ensuring the quality of production processes.
- Contributing to production planning and meeting delivery dates.
- Leading the continuous improvement of the plant and warehouses.
- Stock management.
- Ensure compliance with monthly indicators and productivity.
PROFILE:
• We are looking for a person with an industrial / engineering profile and minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in similar positions used to team management and very focused on continuous improvement.
• With an advanced level in English (C1) and a second language is an asset.
• With knowledge in lean tools application and problem analysis methodology.
